      Prof. Nick Tyler - Principal Investigator

      Nick Tyler is Chadwick Professor of Civil Engineering, and Head of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at University College London. He leads the Accessibility Research Group within the Centre for Transport Studies, with a team of researchers investigating many aspects of accessibility and public transport.

      Dr. Phil Longhurst - Network Collaborator

      Phil Longhurst is Head of the Centre for Resource Management and Efficiency and a Senior Lecturer in Waste Strategy at Cranfield University. His professional interests include resource flow of materials, mass balance and resource trading, technology assessment, amenity impact and odour measurement.

      'Bakr Bahaj is Head of the Sustainable Energy Research Group at the University of Southampton. His research interests include Smart Facades in the Built Environment, Renewable Energy, Photovoltaic Systems and Applications, Marine Current Turbines, Biomagnetic Separation and Bioleaching.

      Dr. Patrick James - Network Collaborator

      Patrick James is the Roberts Fellow in Energy within the School of Civil Engineering and the Environment at the University of Southampton. His current work is focussed on assessing energy demand and user behaviour for new developments in the UK and China, to create energy efficient spaces in which people will want to live and work.
